Comfortable house with private gardens near the pine park, free bikes and easy access to the beach.
The pine forest can be reached on foot and by crossing it you can easily get to the beach. Free bicycles are available for guests.

The house features 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, making it ideal for families or small groups.

Free street parking is available nearby.
Train station & bus nearby; highway just a few minutes by car.

The house has been recently renovated and furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.

At the entrance of the property you will find a front courtyard with bicycles available for guests, a small table with chairs and a parasol for shade.
