The fine sandy beach is just 8 kilometres away, whilst the town centre, with its shops and restaurants, is only 600 metres away. Public transport is also within easy reach (600 metres), making it easy to explore the surrounding sights. Sleeping in, cooking, relaxing: there’s something for everyone in this spacious family home. The approximately 120 m² of living space is optimally distributed across the two floors. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom with natural light from a skylight. The bedrooms, featuring high-quality box-spring beds (measuring 1.60 x 2.10 metres and 1.80 x 2.10 metres), invite you to sleep in. The bespoke fitted wardrobes provide ample storage space for everyone. The heart of this cosy home is the spacious living area with a seating area and the large open-plan kitchen with an adjoining dining table for seven people. The kitchen features a Bora hob, oven and dishwasher. Crockery, towels and cookware are also provided. The accessible shower room with a walk-in shower and glass screen offers the utmost comfort. Your new favourite spot? Probably the lovely alcove window in the living area, where you can lie back, read and daydream. From the kitchen and living area, you have access to the exclusive terrace, which is fitted with Bangkirai wood and seating. The family house has its own heat pump, underfloor heating, an automatic ventilation system and windows with triple glazing and bird protection. Furthermore, our family houses are non-smoking and suitable for allergy sufferers. The “Rügen Resort Sagard” is a child-friendly, car-free zone, but cars may enter for loading and unloading.
