Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish private residential space where owners live (2), within easy reach of many local attractions including Goodwood, Arundel, Chichester, Littlehampton & various beaches with sea front walks and a cafe culture.

10 years hosting with Airbnb, relocated from Gatwick where I held Superhost status for many years receiving 5* reviews.

We do not accept animals within the booking.

This is a non-smoking household and smoking is not permitted within the home or the surrounding boundaries of the home.

The room available is a double bedroom with access to a TV using LPTV.

A ceiling fan is available for those warm nights to help you stay comfortable.

Hosts were very welcoming and lovely. The advertising of the room was very confusing, not mentioning that a host was actually on the premises, which make checking in very confusing. I expect better from Expedia.
