Breydon Water is split across 2 villages which are across the road from one another. If you are booking more than 1 accommodation, and wish to be allocated close by to each other we would recommend calling to make your booking so that we can allocate your bookings accordingly

Please be aware, the outdoor swimming pool will only be open between the dates of 22/05/2020 and 04/09/2020 (weather permitting).

Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.

Please be aware the pool will be closed during your stay, from 1st Jan 2023 until the 18th May 2023, and from the 4th September 2023 until 2024.

Please note, some breeds of dog, including those listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act are not allowed on park.

To help speed up your check-in and ensure a secure experience, all guests are now required to complete a Guest ID verification with Yoti, a UK government-certified identity provider.

What you need to do:

You’ll receive an email with a secure link to complete your verification prior to your arrival. The process takes just a few minutes and involves:

Uploading a valid photo ID.Completing a quick facial scan.Yoti will securely verify your identity, and we’ll notify you once it’s complete. If there are any issues, the park will contact you directly.

Your car and other vehicles. You should comply with speed limits, parking and traffic regulations on park. We try to provide parking next to or near your holiday home but we can’t guarantee this, please ask at time of booking. Vehicles are brought into the holiday park at your risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or fault. Quad bikes, segways, hoverboards, electric scooters and similar, pickup and any commercial or working vehicles including large vans aren’t allowed on park. Commercial vehicles will be turned away from the park and in this event no refund will be given.
