Authentic riad - Exclusive - Marrakech Medina

After years of work, we finally open the doors of Dar Almoravide patiently renovated exclusively using traditional and noble materials: marble, zellige of Fez, cedar, tadelakt on the walls and wrought iron.
The house is the perfect choice for visitors in search of authenticity and want easy access to the main sights of Marrakech.
It is located in a quiet area of ​​the Kasbah, in the heart of the old Medina, near the Saadian Tombs and El Badi Palace.
The Djemaa El Fna and the souks are just 10 min walk.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms each with a separate bathroom, two traditional lounges, a kitchen, a richly decorated patio, terrace with shaded seating and a second panoramic terrace.
The capacity is 7 persons. 70 euros per night for the use of a room (1 or 2 people). An extra fee applies from the 3rd person or for another room.
The rental price includes the airport transfer, and the services of a housekeeper.

Hafida really made our stay amazing! She helped us out if we had issues and was there any time we needed her. The rooftop section could be more cozy with more comfortable chairs, but overall is a great place to stay for a real Marrakech experience.

Absolutely stunning Riad, but what made our stay unforgettable was Hafida. She arranged for our pickup from the airport, walked us to the Riad, gave us a tour, and offered to book us any activities or recommend any shops. She came by every morning to prepare us a traditional Moroccan breakfast which was a great way to get a head start on our days! The location is right where all the excitement is, but tucked away in a quiet corner so we were able to wind down easily. I would absolutely stay here again in th be future, and there's plenty of room for the whole family! If you're ready for adventure in Marrakech, this is the perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Rabia’s riad. The house is HUGE with room for a LOT more people than just me and my sister (!) and is equipped with everything you need and then some! Communication with Rabia was easy and fast — and a major highlight of the stay was the assistance we got from Hafida, the housekeeper, who is so knowledgeable about Marrakesh and incredibly helpful with logistics.

Authentic riad in an excellent location

Rabia’s riad is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore Marrakesh. The Riad is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We loved the living room and the rooftop. Hafida helped us getting around the city, booked us hammam, restaurant, taxi and took care of us during our stay. She also made us wonderful pancakes for breakfast, that we appreciated very much

Christophe & Rabia have a lovely home. It's in a quiet area and the riad was very welcoming. Hafida was was a great resource for directions and places to visit. Would love to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Marrakech. The riad was incredibly beautiful, we took many pictures of the authentically restored rooms and of the terrace. Hafida was very lovely and accommodating, helping us with transport and reservations, as well as cooking delicious breakfasts and pouring Moroccan tea. Rabia was very easy to communicate with and extremely thorough sorting out our transfer for the airport, including additional help when our flight was canceled and our daughter arrived a day before we did, It was an unforgettable experience and we would highly recommend it!Many thanks to Rabia and Hafida for making our time in Marrakech fabulous!

Dream Road, great location

Kasbah felt a quieter, safer location. However was never more than 20 mins walk to anywhere in the centre of Marrakech. Rabia and Hafida were always attentive and happy to help. Hafida’s breakfasts were a very welcome start to the morning. The terrace and courtyard were lovely to sit in. Great view over the rooftops

Quite a magnificent,expansive property which would be wonderful for a large family gathering yet as the only two people in the building we were very comfortable. Perfect Tranquil Location

From start to finish this was a perfect place for first-timers to Marrakesh. Rabia was so patient and lovely answering all my questions via WhatsApp before our holiday. We were met by taxi at the airport and transferred seamlessly to the Kasbah, where Hafida then met us and walked us to the Riad, Hafida was very helpful, preparing lovely breakfasts every morning, making bookings for us, and giving advice; as well as being a lovely person. The Riad itself is wonderful; large, bright and airy; with en-suite bathrooms, and two terraces (one a roof terrace). This was the perfect place to stay and discover Marrakesh. We hope to stay again. Beautiful riad

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful riad. Hafida took great care of us; her freshly cooked breakfasts were delicious. The bedrooms are beautifully renovated and huge. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Very good communication with Rabia.
