La Perlita was created with love to welcome people arriving in Mexico City from all corners of the world, near and far, and like any pearl, it lies within its oyster—in this case, a quasi-neighborhood building that retains a 20th-century style in La Roma Norte.
The apartment faces a relatively quiet street in one of the most traditional yet cosmopolitan neighborhoods, offering easy access on foot, by bike, public transit, or car.
To get there, you climb two flights of stairs and enter the living-dining room, which features a small French balcony overlooking the street.
The bedroom has a double bed, also with a French balcony overlooking the street, and an en-suite bathroom.
The separate kitchen is accessed from the living-dining room; it also has a French balcony, but facing inward.
