There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200.



Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will be applied, with a limit of €80.



We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and a trash bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.

-If you need assistance to open the door during your stay, an additional fee may be charged according to the following schedule: between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM: €25; outside these hours: €50.



-The property may only be used by guests registered in the reservation.



-Early check-in may be available for a fee of €20, subject to availability and from 11:00 AM onwards, whether to leave luggage or to check in fully.



-Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Staying beyond this time without prior notice and authorization from the host will result in an additional fee of €25 per hour of late check-out.



-All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with Portuguese local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation is confirmed.
