-There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.



-Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply up to a limit of €80.



-We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and a trash bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.

-If assistance is required to open the door during your stay, an extra fee may be charged according to the following schedule: between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm: €25; other hours: €50.



-The facilities may only be used by guests registered in the reservation.



-Early check-in may be available for a fee of €20, subject to availability, from 11:00 am onwards, whether to drop off luggage or to settle in.



-Check-out time is 11:00 am. Staying beyond this time without prior notice and authorization from your host will incur an additional fee of €25 per hour of late check-out.



-All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with local Portuguese laws. This form will be sent after booking confirmation.
