Our home, My Reyna, is a completely self-contained holiday rental offering the utmost comfort in the quiet village of Lada, in Langreo, 25 minutes from Oviedo and half an hour from the beaches of Gijón. This makes it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and tranquility, yet with the utmost comfort in a home that has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a parking area, barbecue, swimming pool, enclosed garden, and magnificent, unobstructed views of the mountains.
LAYOUT AND AMENITIES OF THE MY REYNA HOUSE:
The My Reyna House features a spacious, fully enclosed garden area that surrounds the entire house; with a parking area at the front and, at the back, the pool and outdoor shower, the outdoor dining area with barbecue, sofas, and lounge chairs, as well as views of the mountains. Inside, the house is laid out on a single floor, featuring a spacious living-dining room with a chaise longue-style sofa, a flat-screen TV, a high-end sound system, and access to the terrace. Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen, equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, and microwave; a glass-ceramic cooktop and large range hood; a Krups capsule coffee maker and an Italian espresso machine; and all the necessary kitchenware and tableware for a perfect stay, organised among the drawers and the kitchen island.
As for the four bedrooms, they are all double rooms with access to the outdoors: the first bedroom has a 2-meter double bed, a private walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and hydromassage shower; the second and third bedrooms, each with a 1.5-meter bed, a desk, and their own direct access to the outdoors, share another large walk-in closet and have a full bathroom with a toilet, hydromassage shower, and two sinks; finally, the fourth bedroom, also with a 1.5-meter bed, is located on the other side of the living-dining room and features a private exterior exit, a built-in closet, and a full en suite bathroom with a toilet and shower stall.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire home, and heating systems are provided for the colder months of the year. Pets are also allowed upon request for a supplement of 5€ per pet per night.
