About this property

Superb T2 sea view-pool and 100m from the beach

I am an individual and I rented a T2 of 35m2 for 2 to 4 people in the prestigious Domaine de La Coudoulière, facing the sea and harbor. Very nice service completely redone in 2016 including all furniture, bedding and appliances.
It is located on the 2nd floor. You have a private parking in the closed garage in the basement, accessible by elevator, a terrace usable all the year thanks to a curtain of glass with total opening, with a nice view on sea, table and armchairs.
The apartment is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, flat screen TV, wifi, coffee maker and Nespresso ...
The bathroom has a shower, 1 towel dry, 1 washbasin with cupboard, toilets are separated, 1 independent bedroom with 1 bed 140, a convertible 140 very comfortable in the main room, many storage. Deposit of 500 € by check on arrival.(not cashed.)
The access to the 340m2 pool + children and solarium pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols is free and unlimited.
Sandy beaches, port Coudoulière and shops are within 5 minutes walk. 100m from the apartment.
In the prestigious private estate of 35 acres you will find a unique wooded park in Var with fitness trails, 1 lake and a pond for fishing a 2 Olympic swimming pool, mini golf, walking paths under the trees with benches, playground, bowling, 5 tennis courts, a beautiful park tree climbing. It is a true paradise on earth for people looking for calm and serenity. The estate is closed and secured by guards.
The parks are regularly maintained by a team of horticulturists, fauna and flora are exceptional.

From the apartment you can do everything on foot or by bike many ballads. Take the many bike paths, discover the Provencal markets, diving clubs, boat rides etc
Nearby you will discover Sanary, night market and its port, the port of Brusc, the islands of Embiez in front, 45 minutes Marseille, Toulon and its harbor accessible by boat shuttle, the islands of Hyères, the Var etc ...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, l’appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. La vue sur le port et la possibilité d’ouvrir totalement la loggia sont un atout. La résidence est charmante et la piscine est très belle. Le domaine et sa piscine sont également appréciables. Sur le port on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires. Le propriétaire est attentif au bien-être de ses locataires. Nous recommandons!

TRES BON SEJOUR

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce charmant appartement. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue la mer !! Elle est fermé ce qui permet de profiter pleinement le matin ou tard le soir chauffage en prime si besoin, l'appartement est très bien agencé. Lit confortable et convient bien pour une famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants. L'emplacement est idéal Sanary, Bandol a côté . Merci a Mr Thuillier pour sa flexibilité lors de notre arrivé et sa gentillesse ! Deux détails importants : Pour ceux qui ont un véhicule éléc. 3 bornes de recharges a proximité et dans le garage quand on arrive petit chariot de transport pour les bagages très pratique !

Bel emplacement pour se logement (piscine, plage, commerces de proximité, emplacement pour se stationner ....) Appartement bien équipé avec beaucoup de rangements, bien appréciable. Très belle résidence

Belle résidence, bien située. La piscine est top. Le logement est bien équipé, bcp de rangement. Le système des vitres pour le balcon est bien pensé. Et biensur la vue sur la mer est juste magnifique. Petit bémol, proche des bars, nous avons été réveillé souvent en pleine nuit par des jeunes trop éméchés et peu respectueux du voisinage.

Nous recommandons cette location. Le logement est très bien situé, bien aménager. Agréable piscine très bien entretenue. La mer juste à coté. Possibilité de louer des vélos électriques à l'heure juste en face de la résidence. Bref nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
