Large Character House, Pool and Spa

Le Paravis is a small hamlet in the southwest located in the heart of the Garonne valley in the middle of apple orchards of peach trees and kiwis near the land of plums. It sits on the left bank of La Garonne, very close to the confluence of the Lot, between plain and hillsides. Located on the GR 654 (St Jacques de Compostelle), near the greenway of the Canal Latéral in La Garonne, you will appreciate the calm and the beauty of rural landscapes. A few nearby villages are worth a detour for those passionate about history and old stones, Clermont-Dessous which dominates the valley, the bastide town of Vianne sur La Baïse with its farmer's market (producers' meals to be tasted on site, every Friday evening 'summer) and the town of Nérac where you will discover the castle of Henri IV. The Walibi amusement park 25 minutes away will delight young and old. For relaxation, Lake Damazan (10 minutes) offers swimming and water skiing on a permanent route (principle of the ski lift). Wine lovers will enthusiastically discover the Buzet cellar (10 minutes) and its various vintages.

The cottage has a large private plot with swimming pool where children can indulge in various outdoor games. A barbecue is at your disposal to enhance the evenings on the terrace where you can cook local specialties (duck breast, confit, belly, ...). You will then enjoy relaxing in our SPA (5 places).

Globalement, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette grande maison. Beaucoup de place, jardin agréable avec piscine très appréciable vu les températures caniculaires.Nous avons profité du barbecue et du terrain de boules. Parfait.Seul bémol, le ménage qui laissait à désirer. Mais nous recommandons malgré tout.

Une maison chaleureuse, à la campagne. Tout est disponible pour se sentir comme chez nous. La maison a plusieurs espaces pour ne pas etre les uns sur les autres. Nous avons adorer le jardin, le jacuzzi, la maison, l'accueil et le contact avec le propriétaire :).

Nous avons profitez d'un séjour très agréable en famille avec des enfants en bas âge. La maison est très grande, il y a de la place pour tout le monde. Esprit maison de campagne très sympa, bien placé, vraiment au calme. Mention spéciale pour la piscine sécurisée et le jacuzzi au top.

Nous avons recu un excellent accueil de la part du proprietaire ainsi qu un tour de la maison avec les explications de fonctionnement piscine, jacuzzi... Maison très spacieuse pour le nombre d occupant prévu.il y a largement assez d equipements et de vaiselles pour tout le monde. Les chambres sont grandes avec des rangements et une bonne literie. Les enfants ont profité de l espace exterieur, de la balancoire et bien sur de la piscine bien securisée. Je recommande

Très bon séjour

La location était très spacieuse et idéale pour un grand nombre de personnes. Chacun avait une belle grande chambre, même pour les enfants qui étaient 4 à dormir ensemble. Très belles pièces à vivre. Dommage que l'état de la vaisselle et de la cuisine dans son ensemble n'ait pas été nickel car nous avons passé un très bon séjour en profitant des extérieurs (terrasse, piscine, balançoire) et du jacuzzi.
