A quaint lovely little house overlooking Playa Lagun!

The location was perfect and with a rental car we visited several of the nearby beaches. Our favorite was Playa Kenepa! We had dinner at several different restaurants, with our favorite being Playa Forti! The Lion fish was great - always wanted to try that! Sol Food Restaurant was a close second. Try the pizza. All in all, a perfect location to explore the entire island!

What an incredible place. Breathtaking views and Sunsets. Amazing diving and the most perfect waters you can imagine. The house was quiet, well appointed and appears very recently renovated and freshly painted. We had everything we needed on the property. Markets and groceries can be found a short car ride away. Lagun is in the perfect place to explore the northern half of the island. Many epic beaches, hiking, and exploring. We loved every minute of it!

Great location to snorkeling

Disappointed the a/c was not working. My husband was not too happy about me sleeping downstairs in the living area. We contacted the property manager but was never resolved during our 5 days.

Beautiful Location, unresponsive host - extra fees a surprise

Although the location and property was wonderful, we would not rent from this host again, nor would we recommend. Additional fees required after booking for water and electricity were a surprise as they were not part of the original listing. We felt compelled to pay so the host did not cancel our vacation. Agreed to pay for usage, based on posted rates from the Utility company. We used far less than the deposit, and have so far been unsuccessful in receiving the remainder of our deposit returned, despite numerous emails and VRBO messages. 71 Euros is being held hostage. Also, we were shocked that the owner did not provide a weekly cleaning, but for a 5 week stay, only provided 3 cleanings. If we wanted more, it was at our own expense. Beautiful location, but choose another rental unit. Not worth the hassle and stress when you are supposed to be enjoying vacation.

Great view, okay stay

This property has a great view from the patio. We loved drinking our coffee and eating our meals while enjoying this view. It is a gated community that includes a resturant next door. Often music played. The property is quite small. Sparse is the best way to describe the furnishing. There is not enough room inside for dining in. Although it advertised additional sleeping sofa, it must have been replaced with a couple of plastic chairs and an end table. Some screens were on the windows but the lack of a screen on the downstairs slidng door invited flys and mosquitoes to enter and spend the night! The lack of and vaguness of information prior to our visit left us at the gate pushing the EMERGENCY button to get in. After a long day of travel, that and no info on WiFi SSID, left us frustrated! Also lack of non-slip bath mats was dangerous, and general instructions on programing the safe and appliances was non-existent. First aid kit would be helpful. This host charges extra for electric and water, which is not the case with other rentals in the complex. It was not pro-rated and our usage of both was minimal.

Jammer dat mijn gasten een andere voorstelling hadden van een condo aan de beach met alle gemakken voorzien.. Airco kosten vooraf afgesproken, als ze het er niet mee eens waren, hadden ze ook kunnen annuleren. In de loop van hun vakantie geinformeerd of alles oke was!! Alles was prima.... Muggen en vliegen zijn op t eiland, daar kun je jezelf voor spayen Meneer is gevallen en bloedende hoofdwond. Housekeeping schone handdoeken en schone lakens verzorgd, De bestaande doeken kunnen niet meer worden gebruikt.... Geen dank jewel!!! PLASTIC STOELEN zijn van hoogwaardige kunststof en ontworpen door Phillip Stark, een design ontwerper,,, en zeer geschikt, juist voor in een beach-house met natte zwemkleding etc.... Wunderschön und immer wieder

Das Appartement ist mit allem bestens ausgestattet, liegt direkt an einer ruhigen sehr schönen Bucht zum Baden, Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Restaurant und Tauchbasis direkt daneben, das Serviceteam ist immer erreichbar und aktiv unterwegs.

Wonderful place by Lagun, with excellent snorkeling

Highly recommend! Lagun is a small beach with protected calm waters and incredible snorkeling. You can rent gear right by the beach at the dive school. You can buy freshly caught fish each morning. This is all just a short walk down a flight of stairs from the bungalow.Lagun is a short drive to Westpunt with more restaurants, Kleine Knip beach with lovely white sand, and Shete Boka park, which was a highlight. It's also closer to larger grocery stores - theres a few smaller shops 10 min drive away, but better markets are closer towards Willemstad.There are two little restaurants, one right next door and another across the road. Neither was excellent, but good for an easy meal.The bungalow was perfect for us - clean, fully equipped kitchen, and two patios with beautiful views of the water. We feel lucky that we found it :)

A Lagun Paradise!

The unit is perfect size for two people and the patio is the key to enjoying the unit. You hear the sounds of the ocean and see the beach and all the natural beauty. Close to restaurants and of course always great weather.

The resort is in a beautiful location. The manager and owner were thoughtful and very helpful. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

3 Wochen im Paradies

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Man kann sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür in das türkisblaue Wasser der Bucht springen. Check-in und out war noch nie so leicht. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 Restaurants sind per Fuss innerhalb von Minuten zu erreichen. 2 Tauchschulen ebenfalls. Die schönsten Strände und Tauchplätze der Insel sind auf dieser Seite der Insel und mit dem Auto leicht zugänglich. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen für Taucher.
