Situated on the third floor of a period building, this property has a serene vibe and a homely feel.

There is a king size bed in the dual aspect bedroom. One of the windows has a view to the river, about 100 metres away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a dining table, situated under the window.

The large living room has high ceilings and the large windows let light flood in. You will find a comfortable sofa and armchair to kick back and relax, and a TV (no streaming service available).

With artwork and bright splashes of colour, this apartment has an artsy vibe, where you will feel relaxed and at home.

There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers.

Being on the third floor, this property is nice and quiet.
There is a lift in the building but it may not be working, so please be aware this property is up 3 flights of stairs.

Guests will have access to the whole property. There are 2 rooms that are locked, which contain the host's belongings.

DURING YOUR STAY

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm until 7am, and when entering and exiting the building.

This property is not suitable for babies or children, since it is on the third floor, with opening windows.

Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the apartment

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
