This property is misrepresented and in a state of disrepair. Though it says onsite parking is available, this is a misrepresentation. The only parking is in a public lot a quarter of a mile away. Upon entering the property, we smelled mildew. Going up the stairs, we immediately noticed a very large water stain on the kitchen ceiling under the upstairs shower, which appeared to be unfixed and actively leaking. You could see the delamination and mold. The shower upstairs was repaired with a piece of wood in the shower floor, which was clearly leaking and would give when you would step on it. Additionally there were boxes laying around as well as a broken lamp. One of the upstairs beds was very unstable. When we looked under it to try to stabilize it, we noticed a bunch of trash. The balcony looked out on junky areas and reeked of smoke. After spending 30 minutes in the property, we all started feeling the effects of the mold and had to vacate the property. We reached out to the owner to try to reach a resolution, but the owner refused to do anything to rectify the situation and said the property was "habitable", which it most certainly is not with the mold issues.
