Poggio di Peschici is a villa with swimming pool in Apulia, for groups and groups on vacation in the Gargano.
The dwelling is on two levels and offers a total of up to 16 beds.

wood stove, washing machine and dryer (for use by villa staff),

smart TV, mosquito nets etc.
The kitchen is super-equipped. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden and a barbecue for poolside grilling. Pets are allowed.

Surrounded
by nature, on the edge of the Umbra Forest, with breathtaking views of
the surrounding valley, the hillside villa is a true haven of peace and
beauty.
Surrounded by its own olive grove and a lush aroma garden with all the main Mediterranean herbs, it offers an authentic experience in contact with nature.
The large panoramic swimming pool is the heart of the outdoor area, flanked by a shaded gazebo ideal for relaxing in the hottest hours. A spacious furnished terrace,
next to the barbecue area, provides pleasant moments of conviviality
outdoors, caressed by the coolness coming from the nearby forest.
The
interiors of the villa are spread over two floors. The living area
includes a large professional kitchen. The sleeping area consists of as
many as 8 bedrooms, all with private terraces or balconies and en suite shower rooms.
Exclusive in-villa experiences can be arranged, such as private chef, yoga classes, and quad bike excursions.
Surrounding the property are paths surrounded by greenery, perfect for romantic walks or nature hikes.

The
villa stands in the hills on the Gargano, close to the seaside village
of Peschici. Although nestled in an oasis of tranquility, the villa is
only minutes from the center of Peschici, with its historic village of fairy-tale charm, resembling a nativity scene overlooking the sea.
Peschici`s lively and scenic beach is home to numerous seaside clubs and restaurants, including fine gourmet restaurants overlooking the small harbor.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.                                                   
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 350, payable on-site.

- Heating not included in the price, from November to April has a cost of 10 euro per day.
- Cleaning every 3 days with laundry service is included.
- Washing machine and dryer can not be used by the guests.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
