This was a spacious B & B in the heart of everything, literally! The bedrooms were spacious with updated bathrooms. Since we were 5 people, we took both suites and it felt like one big apartment. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials for breakfast including a delicious coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The one thing it was lacking was a sink. The air conditioning worked VERY WELL during the heat wave we encountered upon arrival. We were concerned at first being this was the top floor and there were many skylights, but it wasn’t a problem at all. There were ample closets and dressers. Someone came to clean the kitchen every morning and the sheets and towels were changed every 2-3 days. She was extremely pleasant, sweet and accommodating. If you book this B & B, make sure you are physically fit to walk up the many flights of stairs. This is the only thing that is not shown in the listing. There is no elevator. The stairs can be difficult for someone elderly especially. The terrace is lovely with a seating area and big umbrella. It overlooks the piazza. The WiFi worked well also. Elena is a lovely host who was very professional and responsive to text messages. This B & B is a bit on the pricier end in comparison to others but we did have a wonderful experience. I would recommend this to anyone strictly for the location, as long as you don’t mind the steep stairs 😃
