Two-room apartment located just 350 meters from the beautiful white sand beach of Fetovaia, one of the most famous on the island, located on the south-west coast. The beach, bordered by a rocky promontory, can be reached in a few minutes on foot and is partly free and partly equipped. The property is only 3 km from the village of Seccheto where essential services are located and about 10 minutes by car from Marina di Campo.
The small apartment is located on the ground floor and has a living room with kitchenette, sofa, foldaway double bed, TV, bathroom with shower, bedroom with bunk bed. It has a private paved, fenced, shaded outdoor area equipped for dining out, an outdoor kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Wifi, outdoor hot shower, washing machine in common with another apartment. The property includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets and private parking space. Small pets are allowed. Linen not available.
