This private room has a queen size bed with a working desk, ergonomic chair and smart TV. A separate closet with hangers for your clothing and a private laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a private bathroom, equipped with toiletries as well as high speed Wi-Fi access.

Access to the room is via the garage with a remote control. The guest has access to the front yard without any interference. There is free street parking on the opposite side of the street. Easy access to bus routes and to Uber/taxi services.

This is a newly built home with my family within the property. A thorough cleaning is done after every guest's stay. Entry & Exit is through the garage; therefore you will be given a remote control for your smooth access and self-check in. Heating system is Electric baseboard. No kitchenette/kitchen items. No smoking/vaping. No pets.
