About this property

Chalet 8 people. Any comfort in seaside residence

Chalet 8 places on private plot of 200m2, 30 m2 terrace and garden shed. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
The chalet consists of a main room, an equipped American kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker), 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with 4 bunk beds), a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet.
Also available for baby: cot, stroller, high chair, changing table with bath, and a washing machine.
Pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers and towels are not provided.
The chalet is located in the Residential Fort Leisure Park (PRL) 'Fort Samson' fully enclosed and secure with caretaker. You will find there a heated and covered swimming pool (open from May to September), a playground for the little ones, a ping-pong table and a pétanque field, all at a stone's throw from the chalet.
The PRL is a 5-minute walk from Grandcamp town center by a seaside path.
Many activities nearby: sandy beach, fishing on foot, hiking, sailing club ...
Historical sites to visit: landing beaches, military cemeteries, museums, swamp park, Mont-Saint-Michel at 1:30 ...
The location of the chalet is ideal for exploring the Lower Normandy coast but also the English coast!

Großartiges Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis!Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem gemĂŒtlichen HĂ€uschen verbracht. Die Terrasse ist besonders hervorzuheben, wir haben dort jede Mahlzeit eingenommen und das sehr genossen. Das HĂ€uschen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es muss einem klar sein, dass man fĂŒr dieses Geld keinen Luxus bekommt, aber man fĂŒhlt sich sehr wohl,ein Zuhause im Urlaub. Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und angenehm und der beheizte Pool war fĂŒr unsere BedĂŒrfnisse perfekt (3 Kinder unter 5 Jahren)Der "Spielplatz" ist mit 3 GerĂ€ten dĂŒrftig, aber es gibt sowieso ausreichend tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Man muss aber schon Auto fahren, Grandcamp-Maisy selbst bietet nicht viel fĂŒr Kinder. Es ist wichtig zu erwĂ€hnen, dass man selbst das Chalet putzen muss bei Abreise, weil sonst Geld von der Kaution abgezogen wird.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Reservation und die Übergabe des Objekts verlief problemlos und die Dame war sehr nett. Die Unterkunft selber ist schon etwas Ă€lter und mehr oder weniger gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, aber die Schubladen sollten mal entrĂŒmpelt werden, es hat defekte Sachen drin. Da wir aber die KĂŒche nicht gebraucht haben tangierte uns dies nicht weiter.Was in der Beschreibung unbedingt stehen muss, ist dass man am Schluss selber reinigen muss oder dies mit 100 zu buche schlĂ€gt. Das sind Kosten, die ich nicht gesehen habe. Auch sollte dementsprechende Putzutensilien zur VerfĂŒgung stehen, zumindest fĂŒr das WC. Gebeten wird man auch wegen Kalch die Dusche nach jeder Benutzung zu putzen
. Im Urlaub ist das nicht das was man machen möchte.Das Internet ist nicht zu gebrauchen. 1. kann sich jeweils nur eine Person einwĂ€hlen (keine Ahnung wie das 8 Personen machen) und 2. es hat so gut wie nie funktioniert. Die letzten Tage kam auch immer die Meldung es sei schon ein Benutzer eingewĂ€hlt
 wir waren es auf jedenfall nicht. Das war Ă€rgerlich, weil ich extra nach UnterkĂŒnften mit WLAN gesucht hatte.Sonst liegt das HĂ€uschen sehr gut man ist zu Fuss in 10Min. im Ort. Auch gibt es dort einen Carfour wo man Lebensmittel bekommt. FĂŒr AusflĂŒge braucht man aber etwas Fahrbares.Alles in Allem hat das PreisleistungsverhĂ€ltnis gestimmt und es war ok. Die Gegend ist wunderschön!

Ontspannen vakantie

Zeer warm welkom bij aankomst. Leuk huisje voorzien van alles wat nodig is tijdens vakantie. We hebben het erg getroffen met het weer waardoor we heerlijk konden onbijten op de grote veranda. Het park is vrij rustig en heeft een overdekt zwembad. Bakkerij op 15 minuten lopen.
