    I booked this room very last minute I arrive at the location and it is a closed down pub after I manage to find the entrance on the right side of pub by the car park there is 3 codes needed no problem I arrive in my room the bed is stiff with two pillows and only one towel I then try and have a shower there is absolutely no hot water in any tap or in the shower the hot water tap in the small sink doesn't even work the window has condensation inside the frame and the frames and the room is covered in dust the walls are very thin as well for £41 I did expect the water to even be a little bit warm but no my room door did not even lock fully it was very stiff in the morning someone opened my door scaring me there is nobody on site to talk to you have to message through the app if they even see it in time
