The “Jersey Shore”

Property was clean and accessible to where we needed to be. Being from out of town it would have been nice to have soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags provided. Carmine did provide us with some beach chairs and umbrella.backyard and outdoor shower were wonderful.

Seaside Family Vacation

Carmine was a great host, very responsive and provided clear instructions for anything we needed in the house and info on surrounding area attractions.. Property is clean,spacious, very nicely kept and exactly as shown in pictures. This was my first time using vrbo and was wary, but it worked out great. Thanks Carmine!

Family Vacation

We recently returned from a trip from the Jersey Shore. This property is in excellent condition and is new, clean. It is in close proximity to the Boardwalk (which the kids really enjoyed) and the beach. We had no issues with parking. The owners were easily accessible if we had any questions. The property is a quick drive to neighboring beach towns which were nice to check out. Overall, great time and property. Recommended!

3-generation beach vacation

My parents, my teenage son, and I recently stayed at Carmine's place for a week at the shore. The location was wonderful -- we were a five-minute walk from the bay (fun kayaking and paddleboarding) and a few blocks from the beautiful beach. We like to cook and found the kitchen well-equipped, and enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the back deck. My son and his friend loved the outdoor shower (and I did too, since the sand stayed mostly outside). Carmine met us when we checked in , gave us a warm welcome to his neighborhood, and made sure he answered all of our questions before leaving. He was a great host.

Total satisfaction!

Carmine was the perfect host; accommodating, friendly and a man of his word. He never imposed on our privacy and yet was always available and checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied and didn't need anything. We came cross country, so he thoughtfully included some extras for us to make our stay more enjoyable. The house is beautiful. It's new and has everything you could ask for. There are 3 bedrooms with all comfortable beds, 2-1/2 bathrooms and the bonus of an outdoor enclosed shower with hot water which was my favorite. There are front and rear decks, wonderful for enjoying your morning coffee and meals. There are two TV's and the furniture is comfortable and attractive. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes, utensils and pots and pans (Emeril) of good quality. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to our next stay with Carmine. Choose this resort with confidence.
