To ensure that Nativa Hots Sabaneta is the ideal place for your trip, please keep the following in mind:
Required Identification: Due to building security regulations and local laws, we will request a photo of the identity document of all guests before their arrival to authorize entry to the reception.
Visiting Policy: To maintain the peace and security of the community, visits by people not registered in the original reservation, nor the use of common areas by outsiders, are not allowed.
Climate and Ventilation: Medellín is the “City of Eternal Spring”. The apartment has excellent natural ventilation, ideal for the city's cool climate.
Rules of Living Together: This is a family residential building. We appreciate maintaining a moderate noise level, especially after 10:00 PM. Parties or events are strictly prohibited, as is smoking.
