The hotel is nice, clean, quiet...but the room was unreasonably hot. We had read that the hotel is air conditioned, but our Superior Twin room was not. It was not clear when booking that some rooms are air conditioned and some are not and from reading, it seems that since our room was a Superior, it should have been air conditioned.

While some of the reception team could have been a bit warmer, we had a mostly pleasant stay, Our son mentioned a leaking toilet to the front desk, and although it took a while for maintenance to address it, they eventually moved us to a different room after a day, It was a bit of an inconvenience for him to return from a wedding to pack up his things, but the staff were generally accommodating, The kitchen crew was especially delightful, making our dining experiences enjoyable,
