Room for a quiet stay on the outskirts of Milan

My apartment is located in a recently built building that resembles a typical Lombard country house. It is spread over two floors. The owner lives on the lower floor; on the upper floor, there are two rooms available for rent. Also on the same floor is a bathroom with a double sink, a whirlpool tub, a shower, and a toilet; there is also a small open space with an armchair, which is handy if you want to read a book outside your room. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms.

On the lower floor are the laundry room and kitchen (both shared) and a loggia that is accessible.

The first room is a double bedroom equipped with a two-door closet and a desk, The second bedroom is a bit smaller, designed for a student or someone who works a lot on the computer; it features a queen-size bed, a large desk, and a large three-door closet.
