This splendid apartment features a double bedroom with a Smart TV.
A living area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a 55-inch Smart TV, and a sofa bed.
A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, complete bathroom fixtures, toiletries, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.
An outdoor space is available for enjoying well-deserved moments of peace and relaxation, with a garden and patio furnished with a table and sofas in the warmer months.

Final cleaning is included in the booking fee.
There is no tourist tax.
Bed linens and towels are NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING FEE.
Bed linens (top and bottom sheet, and 2 pillowcases) and towels (3 pieces) are €10 per person, if requested, and must be paid in cash at check-in.
Although we love pets, we cannot accommodate them out of respect for guests with allergies.
The kitchen area is permitted, but must be left clean. Cleaning of the kitchen area is available for €15.
Unregistered guests are not permitted in the apartment.
