Charming tranquil country cottage close to vineyards, Cowdray and Goodwood
A tranquil getaway with amazing walks and cycling straight from the doorstep.
Perfectly located for Cowdray, Goodwood, the market towns of Petworth, Midhurst, and The South Downs way.
The village of Tillington is welcoming friendly and has plenty to offer such as a church, cricket grounds, village hall and the award winning Horse Guards Inn public house (5 minutes stroll up the lane!)
The house has a relaxed, welcoming feel with lots of natural light flood ing the rooms. The sound of bird song fills the well stocked country garden. There are various areas to sit and enjoy the tranquility as well as a bbq area for summer evenings.
Only 30 minutes away from the Coast.
Petworth is close by with the National Trust owned Petworth House and Deer Park, it also has a good selection of independent shops, farmers markets, a deli, cafes and restaurants.
There are many walks, bike rides and horse riding to explore straight from the door, including local vineyards and access to Petworth Park via the Tillington gate.
The coast is only 30 minutes away with West Wittering a favourite for it's sandy beach, swimming, windsurfing and surfing
