Please note that using the sofa bed will need to be booked in advance and a £10 fee will need to be paid for additional bedding.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy seamless access to the property with our convenient keyless entry system. A personalised access code will be provided 24 hours before your arrival, ensuring a smooth and secure check-in experience. No keys to collect or worry about – just arrive and relax.



To help you settle in, we’ll send a comprehensive digital guest guide ahead of your stay. It includes detailed instructions on using the property's amenities, local tips, and everything you need for a comfortable visit.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, guests will be required to complete a short rental agreement prior to arrival. This form will be sent to you electronically and must be signed by the lead guest.



A refundable security deposit of £500 is also required before check-in. This deposit helps us maintain the high standards of the property and will be returned within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damage is reported.



Please note, there is also an additional £100 pet fee for guests bringing pets.
