Country retreat eco Barn Conversion

Country Retreat in Converted Farm building complex , self contained 2 bedroom dwelling , part of a recently completed small Eco friendly Barn Conversion complex ideal getaway for country walks or inspirational isolation. The property has mains water and electricity and also solar panels . Heating is through energy efficient unfloor heating and the property is well insulated . the hot water is locally electrically heated to each tap and this does require careful pressure management to achieve the desired temperature - if another tap is used while filling the bath or if the toilet is flushed this changes the pressure and the temperature will change so it does take a little patience to fill the bath . The waste water is taken care of by a septic tank and soak away ,so it is very important that nothing other than tissue paper and human waste is ever flushed away or poured down the sink - please be very carfull here as any other objects may cause a blockage .
There is wi fi but it comes down the phone line so it is not very strong , you can stream things on a laptop and there is a wi fi booster to help spread the signal
