The Retreat is a stone-built studio villa within the On The Rocks estate, offering a peaceful and private setting with a sitting area, large veranda, and its own courtyard.
Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the secluded Valmas Beach and around 15 minutes walk from Chora, it combines tranquillity with easy access to the island’s main town.
The Villa:
The Retreat is a fully private residence with its own entrance, terraces, and outdoor lounge areas.
Guests have use of:
Landscaped gardens and olive grove
Multiple outdoor dining and seating areas
BBQ and traditional wood-fired pizza oven
Sunset terraces and relaxed seating areas
Lawn areas and pétanque court

Cleaning, bed making, fresh towels every other day, and linen changes twice weekly.
