Quiet neighbourhood, handy to public transport, parks (5min walk), restaurants, bar and cafes(10mins walk), close to ChCh Airport (approx12-15mins) and CBD. Uncovered off street parking available.

Also, we have separate guest kitchen, Fridge with dining which can be used too. This setup is in the garage. Please see photos.
