This is a very spacious apartment with high ceilings and original 1890 hydraulic flooring, preserving all its historic character. It is distributed into a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom, as well as a 16 m² terrace.

Upon entering the property, an elegant hallway welcomes us, leading to the right to a spacious exterior bathroom with a window, fitted with a shower tray and glass screen.

Next, a generous bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens up, distinguished by its carefully curated design, including a wardrobe, an elegant accent chair, and sophisticated green-toned wallpaper with decorative moldings. The space is completed with large-format green bedside lamps placed on matching nightstands, harmonizing with the hydraulic flooring palette. It features a large window and two joined single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm.

Opposite the hallway, there is a second bedroom with a modern open wardrobe, an accent chair, and textured geometric wallpaper in a taupe tone. It includes two side tables and two wall sconces in metal and glass. This room also offers a large window and two joined single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm.

At the end of the hallway, there is a spacious and elegant living room with access to two doors leading to a 16 m² terrace. The terrace features grass, two large sun loungers with a side table, and stunning views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada.
