The third bedroom has 2 full-size beds with a full bathroom directly across the hall. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy of the unit is 8 persons (due to fire regulations at Blind Pass occupancy rates cannot exceed 8).

The condo has 1,568 square feet of space and is beautifully furnished in tropical Florida style with lots of wicker and relaxing island décor. The unit has a full kitchen which was remodeled in December of 2020 and has all new, top-of-the-line appliances including a crockpot. The brand-new stacked washer and dryer is in a separate mudroom off the main entry which is totally enclosed to dampen any sounds when you're doing your laundry. The mudroom also has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and a convenient folding beach wagon for hauling all your items for a day at the beach. The screened porch with table and chairs is located right off the main dining area and overlooks the pool area.
Condo Amenities: Beautifully furnished common areas decorated with a tropical island feel. The living room has a 55” Samsung QLED Smart TV so you'll be able to access your favorite Streaming Services. Additionally, each bedroom comes equipped with a flat-screen TV too.
