Welcome to a house with a rural and lakeside location just outside Emmaboda. Here you live in peaceful surroundings with forest and open fields all around, only 220 meters from the lake where you can enjoy nature, peace and wonderful days near the water. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of a completely private location. There are older neighboring houses, but no one lives here. You have the upper floor of the house but have the house and the large garden to yourself, as no one lives on the floor below. The generous garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and there is outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee, long summer evenings and the beautiful nature around. The house has an older but well-preserved kitchen. The bathroom is completely newly renovated and fresh. The accommodation has three bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, which makes the house perfect for both families and small groups. Note that the iron-rich water has discolored the toilet and cannot be removed. For those of you who want to experience the lake up close, there is a rowing boat to rent– perfect for fishing or for quiet trips on the water. The lake is not a good swimming lake, but there are plenty of swimming spots in the area. Here you also live in the middle of the Kingdom of Glass with proximity to glassworks, crafts, nature experiences and several nice excursion destinations. A perfect accommodation for those looking for peace, nature and genuine Småland charm. Emmaboda offers a genuine Småland experience with proximity to both nature and culture. There are beautiful hiking trails, cycle paths and good opportunities for fishing and swimming. In the surrounding area you will also find glassworks, local farm shops, a single moose park and a variety of charming excursion destinations. For those who want to make day trips, both the coast, Öland and larger cities are within easy reach. Or why not take a day trip to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby. This is the place for those of you who want to relax, just enjoy nature and create memories in a unique and peaceful environment. A warm welcome!
