A recently constructed residence featuring a swimming pool and landscaped garden. The unit may be located on the ground floor, which includes a patio and garden, or on the first floor, which offers two terraces; the floor cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference. Still, the allocation depends on the availability at check-in. It consists of a living area with a small kitchen and a double sofa bed, along with a bedroom containing both a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom, which has a window, includes a shower. Two little laundries are free to use and shared among guests. Beach distance: 900 m. Amenities include: a satellite TV, a microwave, A/C, a safe, and a reserved parking space. °Pets are not allowed. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): dates vary due to weather or maintenance.
