The house features a private swimming pool, fenced plot, garden, 40 m² terrace with covered porch, charcoal barbecue and outdoor area ideal for enjoying the open air. It also has a trampoline for the little ones, making it a very comfortable option for families with children.



Inside, you will find air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating, fireplace, 4 Smart TVs, wifi, mosquito nets and a fully equipped independent kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has 2 full bathrooms inside the house and an external bathroom with toilet and shower, very practical for the swimming pool area.



Located in a rural setting in Antequera, the house allows you to enjoy the calm of the countryside without giving up proximity to services, restaurants, supermarkets and places of interest such as the Torcal de Antequera, the Caminito del Rey or the centre of Málaga.
