Surrounded by fields and just 1.5 kilometers from the sea, this spacious vacation home awaits you. With its two separate living areas, it offers the perfect setting for spending time with family and friends.



The 140 square meters are divided into two fully-fledged living units, each with its own bathroom and kitchen. On the first floor, the combined kitchen and dining area invites you to socialize, while the terrace is directly accessible from the living room. Another fully equipped kitchen with dining area is located on the upper floor.





The well-tended garden, surrounded by privet hedges, offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. Here, everyone can relax on the sun loungers provided. On cooler days, the open fire in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere.



From here, you can explore the charming harbor towns of Kappeln and Flensburg with their inviting cafés. The idyllic fishing village of Maasholm attracts visitors with its picturesque coastline, which is perfect for long walks and bike rides.
