Nice villa close to beach

Nice villa very close to the beach, it was immaculate inside, credit to your cleaners. We liaised with your staff member George throughout our stay, he was extremely helpful and responsive to my texts immediately. Unfortunately we experienced a serious issue with the swimming pool. It was dirty on arrival, a pool employee came round and advised he had added chemicals so don’t use for an hour. I advised George the following day the pool was filthy, he promptly messaged pool cleaners who came the next day and advised they cleaned it, he sent a photograph to George. I also took photos and sent them to George the pool was still filthy and un usable. Pool cleaners came back but by this time my grandchildren’s Hair had turned green as had our lilo beds and swimwear. I would not enter the pool as I’m recovering from cancer and could not risk infection. We were advised it was the sun cream, we are from Scotland so do wear sun cream but we showered before entering pool. Both grandchildren took ear infections in Cyprus and have since required further treatment at home. The pool was only cleaned that once by two pool cleaners, this is not adequate and let down our experience. The pool is an integral part of your holiday experience and I couldn’t facilitate the use of it.
