I would recommend this place if significant improv...

I would recommend this place if significant improvements are made! Bicycles in such poor condition they might as well not exist. The listed distance to Ballen is downright misleading. It says about 800 m, but it’s actually 3 km—unless you fly! Very sparse (dirty) kitchen utensils, including the grill. Decorative pillows and blankets on various sofas and “hangout spots” smelled strongly and were dirty The house was exciting and beautifully decorated, just like in the pictures, and Gro was very friendly
