Summer house 300 m from beach

You live in the middle of nature with forests and beaches just around the corner. Here you wake up to nature, and you may be lucky enough to spot deer and hares passing by on the undisturbed natural grounds with pine trees. Three terraces give you space for morning coffee in the sun and evening relaxation by the wood-burning stove.



Inside, you will find three bedrooms and a newly renovated kitchen with plenty of space for the family. The house has underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a practical layout that makes it easy to accommodate many people. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a washing machine for practical vacations.



Outside on the 1,107 m² plot, there is a sandbox, slide, and hammock for the children. The covered 10 m² terrace has a gas grill and charcoal grill. A carport and extra parking make it easy to get to and from the house. Dogs are welcome if they are small and hypoallergenic.



Hou is just a few kilometers away with a harbor, restaurants, and shopping. Lagunen Camping offers a water park, fishing lake, and mini golf—all within walking distance. Hals town and Aalborg are easy to reach for day trips, while the beach is only 300 meters away.
