Unique and isolated gem near Arresø with sauna

On protected Arrenæs is a unique holiday home built back in 1972 by architect Erik Berg. Here you are surrounded by forest, located just a stone's throw from Arresø. With beautiful running and hiking trails, lakes where you can swim and fish, this cottage is the perfect place for an unforgettable get-away.



The house consists of three staggered buildings with one-sided roof pitch, which makes the house spacious and bright. Here you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large kitchen-dining room with large windows that offer views of nature's green hues and create a fusion between indoors and outdoors. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, which blends in with nature. In addition, the holiday home also offers a trip under the outdoor shower and then a trip to the sauna.



On Arrenæs you'll find a wealth of beautiful nature areas, including Ladegårdssøen right next to the cottage, where fish and beavers live and where you can take a dip in the summer. If you're not a fan of swimming in lakes, you can head to Liseleje Strand on the north coast. Further south is Sonnerup Forest, where you can harvest chanterelles when they're in season and go for long walks. Moving north again, you'll find Auderød Skov at the tip of Arrenæs, where there are great views of Arresø and a rich birdlife. So grab your binoculars and explore nature.
