The one-hectare property welcomes you with its heated swimming pool (June to September) and soothing views over the surrounding countryside.
The 160m² house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The heart of the house is a vast living room bathed in light thanks to its large soleillou, offering a breathtaking view over the verdant landscape.
The private garden invites you to relax with its outdoor furniture at the foot of a characterful stone staircase. Noble materials and light patinas create a serene atmosphere, perfect for convivial outdoor moments.
You're ideally located just 5 minutes from Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its majestic brick cathedral. The region offers a multitude of activities: medieval villages like Cordes and Puycelsi, water sports on the Tarn, and prestigious museums like the Toulouse-Lautrec.
