This sturdy cottage with a brewery is beautifully located in the middle of a nature reserve by the sea in Bråviken. Its south-facing position gives you optimal light and sun all day long. To get there, take a short walk of about 300 meters through the forest – a peaceful path where you can enjoy fresh air, birdsong, and a first glimpse of the tranquility that awaits. When you reach the water, you will be greeted by our property and the accompanying jetty, which are the first things you will see on site.



Here, you become a true neighbor to nature. Cliffs, cherry trees, gooseberries, apple trees, and a small stream running through the property create a magical atmosphere. The area consists of two summer house properties located side by side, which provides a safe and homely feeling, while the nature reserve spreads out as your closest neighbor in the other direction. Hike in the reserve, pick berries and mushrooms, or relax on the patio and listen to the silence.



The main building has room for everyone. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and shower, one with a 120 cm bed, and a loft with two single mattresses. There is also a loft with a single bed and a double bed. The brewery has a room with two single beds and a rustic desk with a stool. The sauna building also has a loft with unparalleled views of the sea, perfect for relaxation and reading.



Right next to the property boundary, the real adventure begins. Climb rocks with different climbing routes, swim in the sea from cliffs 1–13 meters high, or hike on the Sörmlandsleden trail that goes around the corner. Keep an eye out for seals, eagles, and other animals in the area.



A short distance away is Kolmården Amusement Park – a perfect day trip for the whole family. For the adventurous, the area offers fantastic climbing opportunities and cliff diving. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or excitement and challenges, this is the perfect base for you.
