Thatched farm by the North Sea's wide shores

Bring the whole family to this thatched farm at Bjerghuse Strand. Here you're not far from the crashing waves of the North Sea and surrounded by the Jutland dune landscape, you can enjoy time together closer to nature and each other.



The holiday home has been renovated with respect for the site's history as an old beach bailiff's farm, and the modern decor with touches of the characteristic Bauhaus colors creates a personal setting for your holiday. The farm consists of three separate dwellings, so the generations of the family can retreat and enjoy a quiet moment with the sounds of the record player.



If you want to explore the surrounding area, the wide sandy beaches of the west coast are just a short walk from the holiday home, and in about five minutes by car you can reach Husby Klitplantage, where wonderful nature experiences await. Bring your hiking boots and explore the dune heaths and spruce forest or experience the swimming lake Skavemosen, which is the perfect destination all summer long for both young and old.

The vacation home was just as shown in the photos....

The vacation home was just as shown in the photos. There were 12 of us, and we split up among the three apartments. It was especially nice that my parents could have some privacy while we still got to hang out and have fun. We went on lots of walks, ate delicious food, and just enjoyed each other’s company.
