Welcome to a distinctive wooden house that has its own story to tell. Built in 1921 by a carpenter inspired by Swedish wooden houses, this house is filled with charm and soul that you won't find anywhere else.
Inside, you'll find a large living area, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you'll find a bedroom and an extra room, both with charming sloping walls. In the building next door, there are two more bedrooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The house is full of unique details such as small mullioned windows, exposed beams, a beautiful staircase to the first floor with carved woodwork on the banister, solid wood floors in living areas and marble tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.
Outside you can enjoy the various outdoor spaces: a 16 m2 orangery, a courtyard connecting the house and orangery, and a large terrace with a long table, fire pit and cozy nook. All perfect for enjoying the long, bright summer days and mild evenings.
The area offers a fantastic beach just 2-300 meters from the house, and Gilleleje town is a great place to shop, walk and explore. All of North Zealand's nature, coast and culture are right at your feet, ready to be discovered.
