You are warmly welcome to Nordby at Björneröd, a historic and charming house with beautiful surroundings. Here you will have the opportunity to experience country life in an authentic environment with magnificent nature around the corner.
The main house offers a well-equipped kitchen with a traditional wood-burning stove and a living room with dining area on the first floor. The tap water comes from a well and can be used for washing dishes, but is not recommended as drinking water. The wine cellar and well are located on the ground floor of the house. The outhouse and outdoor shower are at the end of the annex. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a new bed and beautiful views of the garden and local bird life. The children's room consists of a long alcove with space for up to 4 children.
The garden is a delight to the eye and a perfect place to relax. There is also the garden cottage with bespoke sofas and seating for up to 10 people. An annex with another new bed is also on the property.
The area around Nordby offers several fantastic excursion destinations. Björnerödpiggen is easily accessible from the forest behind the house and is a nice hiking destination. On warm days you can go to Krokstrand or Flöghult tjärnet for a swim. For a day trip, you can visit the beaches of Strømstad or the Koster islands.
