Nestled at an altitude of 1,000 meters on the eastern slopes of the Vercors, this converted loft welcomes you to a peaceful and eco-friendly rural hamlet. The huge 35m² bay windows bathe the space in natural light and offer breathtaking views of the Dévoluy massif and the surrounding forest.
This former stone farm building now houses a contemporary 57m² living space. The loft is organized around a large main room with a cozy wood-burning stove. The northern part includes a bedroom with larch flooring, which opens onto an integrated bathroom and dry toilets.
The outdoor garden, equipped with a cozy fire pit, features permaculture plots and medicinal plants. You can enjoy complete privacy with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains.
Just a few steps from your door, explore the diverse forest that leads to the mountain pastures and ridges of the Vercors. Lake Monteynard is just 20 minutes away for water sports, while Grenoble, with its medieval historic center and museums, is only 35 minutes away.
