The spacious house is ideal for two families and features four bedrooms on the second floor. Two bedrooms have double beds, one has a double bed and a single bed, and the fourth has two single beds. The TV lounge includes a sofa bed that can be used if needed. In addition, the boathouse offers sleeping accommodation for up to three more guests.



The open-plan main floor combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room, with direct access to the outdoor living spaces.



Set on a 5,000 m² waterfront property, the grounds feature sunny terraces, a trampoline, and large lawn areas perfect for outdoor activities and family fun. The property boasts more than 100 metres of private shoreline and a large dock, ideal for swimming, fishing, and relaxing by the water. A well-equipped annex with kitchen facilities provides additional space and flexibility for family and friends.



From the property, you can explore the island’s beautiful walking trails through woodland and along quiet gravel roads. Vestre Sandøya also offers a small grocery store and several charming restaurants. There are excellent opportunities for water sports, including stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), water skiing, and wakeboarding.



The area offers an outstanding archipelago experience, and, subject to separate agreement, it is possible to rent a traditional "landstedsbåt" (coastal leisure boat) to explore nearby islands, sheltered coves, and the hidden gems of the Norwegian coastline.
