Welcome to your retreat in the UNESCO Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. This modern semi-detached house in a restored school building combines stylish design with the tranquility of rural nature. Here you can switch off from everyday life and still reach Hamburg in just 40 minutes.



The apartment spans two floors with three bedrooms and two bathrooms with natural light. High-quality parquet flooring runs throughout the living areas, while the fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and dining area invites you to cook together. Fiber optic WiFi is available free of charge.



The spacious shared garden offers a private sun terrace with garden furniture and sweeping views of the countryside. In the evenings, you can barbecue on the terrace – ideally with fresh fish from nearby Schaalsee. A garden shed is available for storing your bicycles.



Schaalsee, with its lido and boat rental, is 13 kilometers away. Discover rare animals and plants on the 180 kilometers of cycling and hiking trails through pure nature. Visit the former Cistercian convent in Zarrentin or take the 40-kilometer bike tour around the lake. Anglers can fish at the private mill pond 4 km away by arrangement.
