Seaside Home with Sunny Terrace

You will be staying just 200 meters from the beach in this bright, single-story house in Ljugarn. Here, you can walk down to the sea every morning, enjoy your large 100 m² patio, and explore Gotland's beautiful nature. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation on eastern Gotland.



The house was built in 1999 and expanded in 2009 to create a functional home. The three bedrooms offer space for six people. You have two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, making it easy to pack light for your stay.



The patio, measuring approximately 100 square meters, is the heart of the house on warm days. There is space for various seating areas and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. The large lawn is surrounded by small oak trees and juniper bushes that provide peace and shade.



Explore Gotland's east coast from your base in Ljugarn. Head to the rauk area just two kilometers away with ready-made barbecue areas. Play tennis, padel, soccer, or basketball at the nearby sports field. In the summer, there are several restaurants, many with entertainment. There is a grocery store in the village.
