Seaside villa with guest house on the West Coast
Just a 45-minute drive from Gothenburg, you will find this newly renovated 1960s house in a gated community right by the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the fantastic sea view from the spacious veranda, where both breakfasts and dinners become memorable moments.
The stylishly decorated main house underwent a complete renovation in 2022 and offers a modern and social floor plan. Together with the outbuilding and the shed, it creates the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation by the sea.
A large terrace connects the houses and offers both a dining group from Grythyttan and a comfortable lounge group. The sheltered outdoor deck is perfect after a dip in the sea, and the natural surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere.
The area offers many opportunities for activities and experiences. Take a short walk to the jetty, explore charming Marstrand with its shops and restaurants, or book a relaxing day at the nearby spa. For the adventurous, there are great hiking trails around Marstrand with beautiful views.
